For science week in F2 we looked at the invention of brown sauce in Nottingham. In class we investigated how we use different sauces and what would happen if we left the lid off. We also invited parents in for a tasting session exploring different sauces with chips. The children absolutely loved it. Thanks again to the parents that came.
Munching maths workshop
Thanks for all three parents that came to the workshop. The children enjoyed showing the strategies they use at school.
The children have really enjoyed the firefighters coming in today. They talked about what firefighters wear and had a look in at their fire engine. They talked about how they keep us safe and what an important job they have.
