It's mental health week and now, more than ever, it's vital we look after our emotional wellbeing.

Here are some activities you can do based on the video
If you are feeling lots of emotions and they don't feel good, here are a few things you can do.
-Sing along to a happy, inspiring song like Mr Pothecary and Miss Elliot's here.
-Do some exercise. For example, you could practise scoring goals in the garden or make up a new dance routine.
-Meditate (See the Calm Down video below)
-Do some yoga.
And lastly... The most important...
-Talk about your feelings.
Don't keep them locked up inside. Talk to your mum, dad, gran, goldfish, teacher, Miss Taylor, you can even email Mr Pothecary too if you wish. If you don't want to say it out loud, you can write it down. It can feel hard to talk about your feelings, but it's so important you share them with someone, you don't have to deal with them alone.
