GPS: LC: I can write an exclamation.

Today we are writing exclamations. Exclamations are used in our writing when something shocking or surprising happens. We need a capital letter at the start of our exclamation sentence and an exclamation mark at the end.

Today we are using these sentence starters:

What a _______     ________ !

How ______________________ !

You are being the wolf. Have a go at writing 3 exclamations which you could use in your diary entry.

Here are some examples:

The little pig shouted at me and told me to go away. How rude!

What a huge sneeze!

What an awful day I had!
