Exploring New Lands
To launch our new topic (Who are we? Why do we live here), we went out on an adventure to explore new lands.
We got together in groups and designed our flags. After our journey across the world, we planted these flags to claim our own piece of new territory.
We faced many hardships. There was disease, hunger and the cold to contend with! We had to go out looking for resources to keep our family alive. We had regular town meetings so that we knew what our next mission was.
